Sometimes researchers choose a very large sample size for their projects. This causes great harm to their research. They find that it takes long time to complete their survey. They are also forced to endure a high financial cost for collecting the data. Once they have done this then the next step is to store it safely. This is followed by a lengthy analytical process. However, there are times the data is too large and heterogeneous in nature to yield any useful results. The students are left with useless information, anger and frustration. That is why selecting the right sample amount is so crucial.
