Each university prescribes its own format for PhD research synopsis . However, the basic MS Word format for PhD synospsis is given below:

Methodology

Many universities recommend students to prepare the synopsis on A4 size, bond paper, double spaced in 10-12 pages. There should be a one-inch margin on all sides and must be printed only on one side. The cover page should contain only the TITLE and Name of candidate and Supervisor(s) in Times New Roman Font 16 Bold. 14 Bold font to be used for Headings, 12 bold for Sub-headings and 12 normal for Text.
